How to prepare:
In this recipe, we use frozen spinach, so preheat the oven at 190 degrees to thaw the spinach.
Microwave the cheese for 30 seconds until it becomes soft.
Heat the butter in the saucepan, add the diced chopped garlic cloves later and sauté for a while and add the spinach, salt, pepper, and cream cheese.
Sauté them together.
Transfer the mixture into the baking tray, sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese turns into lite golden colour.

  2. Red onions – thinly sliced (2-3)
  3. Snow peas – 200g
  4. Parsley – finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  5. Melted butter – 25g
  6. Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  7. Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare:
Chop the potatoes into wedges.
Boil the potatoes in water in a saucepan for 10 minutes until they become soft.
Drain the potatoes after boiling them and place them on a baking dish, decorated with onions.
Mix butter, olive oil, and sugar in a bowl, add the mixture to the potatoes.
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees and bake the whole potatoes mixture for 20 to 25 minutes until the potato wedges become crispy.
As a final step, top up the salad with snow peas and parsley.
Your yummy potato salad is ready to eat!!!
