  1. SESAME 

Sesame is a natural ingredient to remove the plaque on the teeth by scrubbing sesame on it. For better application, you can also use sesame oil. Gargle using this oil and spit it out, followed by rinsing your mouth with water. It not only removes plaque but also whitens your teeth.
